Service Delivery Manager - Food Processing Operations

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee and optimize the operational services within our food processing division. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of all service-related activities, from supply chain management to final product delivery, while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement service delivery strategies aligned with business objectives for the food processing units.
* Manage end-to-end service operations, including procurement, production scheduling, quality control, warehousing, and logistics.
* Oversee vendor relationships and performance, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply of raw materials and services.
* Monitor operational KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, quality standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO), and environmental compliance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Sales, Finance) to ensure integrated service delivery.
* Manage budgets for operational services and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Lead and mentor the service delivery team, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
* Handle customer service escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues related to product delivery and service quality.
