We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Service Delivery Manager with 1-3 years of experience and a strong legal background (LLB) to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements and service level agreements (SLAs).

Manage client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for service-related queries and escalations.

Ensure all service delivery processes comply with legal requirements, industry regulations, and company policies.

Review and interpret contracts, identifying potential legal risks and advising on mitigation strategies.
