Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Delivery professional to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and timely execution of our logistics operations, focusing on optimizing delivery processes and maintaining high service standards. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our operational capabilities and customer expectations, driving continuous improvement in our service delivery framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day delivery operations to ensure efficiency and punctuality.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and refine operational processes to enhance delivery speed and accuracy.
- Coordinate with delivery partners, warehouse staff, and customer support teams to resolve operational issues.
- Analyze delivery data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints related to delivery services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new service delivery strategies.
