The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients, managing service level agreements (SLAs), and contributing to the overall success of our service operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of service delivery, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve service-related issues and incidents promptly.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain service documentation, including process guides and knowledge base articles.
- Actively participate in client meetings to understand their needs and provide updates on service performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery processes and methodologies.
