Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Delivery professional with a strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team in Pune. This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services related to LLM-powered solutions, managing client expectations, and driving continuous improvement within the service delivery framework. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in service delivery, coupled with a solid academic background in LLMs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of LLM-based solutions and services to clients.

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and clear communication regarding service delivery.

Collaborate with technical teams (developers, data scientists, AI engineers) to ensure timely and quality delivery of LLM projects.

Develop and implement service delivery plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and quality assurance processes.

Monitor service performance, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions to mitigate risks.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in LLM technology and their applications in service delivery.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery processes and methodologies.

Prepare and present service delivery reports to stakeholders.
