Service Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our growing team. The Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our fleet of vehicles and related infrastructure. This role requires a hands-on approach, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on bikes, auto-rickshaws, and other fleet vehicles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues related to the fleet and operational technology.
• Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for timely repairs.
• Collaborate with operations teams to minimize vehicle downtime and optimize fleet efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Provide technical support and training to drivers on vehicle operation and basic maintenance.
