Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Engineer to join our growing team. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our advertising technology solutions for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of technical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for Affle's advertising platforms and services.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate complex technical problems and provide feedback for product improvement.
Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components related to our ad tech solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting manuals.
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact clients.
Assist in the onboarding and training of new clients on our platform functionalities.
