Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for our range of electrical products at customer sites across India. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with electrical products and systems.
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of company products.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to improve product performance and customer experience.
