Service Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our customers, ensuring their success with our software products. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and contribute to product improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software and hardware issues.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and support documentation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and address product bugs and feature requests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in a technical support or service engineering role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
