We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree and a strong technical aptitude, with a passion for providing exceptional service and support for our diverse range of products and systems within the miscellaneous sector. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site and remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring a high level of service satisfaction.
Conduct preventative maintenance and system checks to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Document all service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback on product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables, ensuring availability for service needs.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during service operations.
