We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Service Head with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our growing team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing service operations within our import and export business, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day service operations related to import and export logistics.
- Implement and refine service protocols to enhance operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Analyze service data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor service performance against key metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new service offerings.
