Service Head

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Head to lead and manage our after-sales service operations for packaging machinery and solutions across India. The Service Head will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving service revenue, and building a high-performing service team. This role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the service department to achieve business objectives and enhance customer loyalty.
- Oversee all aspects of after-sales service, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and spare parts management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service engineers and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage service contracts, warranties, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
- Monitor service performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless customer experience and product support.
- Manage the service budget, including forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, technological advancements, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the service operations.
