Service / Maintenance Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service / Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair operations of our agricultural machinery and facilities across our Indian operations. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, safety, and longevity of all equipment, contributing to the efficiency of our farming and processing units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team, including mechanics, electricians, and technicians.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all agricultural machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in various agricultural equipment (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems, processing machinery).
• Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
• Manage spare parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of components.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, equipment history, and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with farm managers and operations teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment utilization.
