Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and experienced Service / Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage the maintenance and repair operations for our infrastructure projects across India. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of all facilities and equipment, adhering to safety standards and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance and repair teams.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.
- Ensure timely and effective repair of machinery, electrical systems, and building infrastructure.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, costs, and equipment performance.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
