Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service / Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure that all services are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to managing maintenance operations within a dynamic professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance and service team.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems and equipment.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Manage the procurement of spare parts, tools, and materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues.
Oversee the work of external contractors and vendors, ensuring quality and adherence to contracts.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and equipment performance.
Train and mentor junior maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Prepare reports on maintenance operations and budget performance for management.
