Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service / Maintenance Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance and repair of all plant machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations within our agrochemical manufacturing facility. This role requires a postgraduate degree and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the work of maintenance technicians and mechanics.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Ensure timely and effective repair of machinery to minimize downtime.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities.
