Service / Maintenance Supervisor | M.Tech Professionals | Nagpur

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service / Maintenance Supervisor with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to oversee and manage the maintenance operations of our beverage production facility in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance of all machinery and equipment, minimize downtime, and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the daily activities of the maintenance team, including technicians and engineers.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies during maintenance operations.
- Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of critical components and optimizing stock levels.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure seamless operations and minimize production disruptions.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and costs.
