Service Manager

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Service Manager to join our growing team at Unfold Stories. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing client projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content, and fostering strong client relationships. This role is crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and driving repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of content projects, from brief to final delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams (writers, editors, designers) to ensure project success.
• Proactively identify and resolve any project-related issues or client concerns.
• Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and managing project kick-offs.
