Service Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to oversee and manage the service operations for our aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities within India. The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery, customer satisfaction, and adherence to all safety and regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of aviation maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of service engineers and technicians to ensure timely and quality completion of aircraft maintenance tasks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer airlines, addressing their queries, concerns, and requirements.
- Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor service performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Manage service schedules, resource allocation, and inventory to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare service reports, performance reviews, and financial forecasts.
- Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and professional development within the service team.
