Service Manager (3-4 Yrs) | Surat

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to oversee our service operations in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 3-4 years of experience in managing service delivery, customer relations, and technical support within the textile or apparel industry. You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient resolution of technical issues, contributing to the overall success of our operations in the region.
