Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and research-oriented individual with a Doctorate/PhD to join our Shared Services team in Vishakhapatnam. This role will involve contributing to strategic initiatives, data analysis, and process improvement within our fast-growing Gems & Jewellery startup. You will leverage your advanced academic background to provide critical insights and support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior within the Indian Gems & Jewellery sector.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize operational processes and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to understand their challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of internal policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains within Shared Services functions.
- Support cross-functional projects requiring advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
