We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a B.Pharma background and 3-4 years of experience to join our Shared Services team in Coimbatore. This role will involve supporting critical operational and administrative functions within NPCI, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical knowledge in a non-traditional setting, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our public administration support services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management and execution of various shared services functions, including but not limited to administrative support, process documentation, and data management.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate support.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory guidelines.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of shared services processes and workflows.

Utilize analytical skills to identify potential issues and propose solutions.

Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.

Support project-based initiatives within the shared services domain.
