Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and oversight of shared services operations, ensuring seamless integration with core business functions.
- Analyze data related to operational efficiency, cost management, and resource allocation within infrastructure and real estate projects.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and reduce operational risks.
- Conduct research and provide insights on regulatory compliance, particularly as it pertains to health, safety, and environmental standards in construction and real estate.
- Support the procurement and inventory management of specialized materials or equipment, applying knowledge of pharmaceutical quality control principles where applicable.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity for all shared services activities.
