The Shared Services Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing various operational tasks within the shared services function, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role is crucial for supporting the smooth operation of our professional services delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage incoming requests and inquiries from various business units.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in relevant systems.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Support the implementation of new processes and system changes.
