Role Summary: The Shared Services Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing various internal support functions to ensure efficient and effective operations within the company. This role requires a proactive approach to process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate shared services functions including IT support, HR administration, finance operations, and procurement.
• Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices across all shared services departments.
• Act as a liaison between business units and shared services teams to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
• Facilitate training and onboarding for new shared services personnel.
