Role Summary: The Shift Manager/Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within a specific shift, ensuring efficient workflow, team supervision, and adherence to company policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively to meet operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees during assigned shifts.

- Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
