Shift Supervisor (0-1 Yrs) | Delhi

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Shift Supervisor with 0-1 years of experience to oversee daily operations during their assigned shift. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and demonstrate strong leadership potential. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining quality standards, and managing a team to achieve production targets in a fast-paced Defence & Aerospace manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the shift team to ensure efficient production flow.

Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize performance.

Ensure adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations on the shop floor.

Manage and motivate shift personnel, providing guidance and support to team members.

Maintain accurate production records and generate shift reports for management.

Assist in inventory management and resource allocation for the shift.

Facilitate effective communication between different departments and teams.
