Shift Supervisor (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Shift Supervisor with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree and 1-2 years of experience to oversee daily operations at our Hyderabad facility. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh perspective to operational efficiency, customer experience, and team management within our fast-paced sports and leisure retail environment. This role requires a blend of leadership, problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail, leveraging design thinking principles to optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the shift, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Train, mentor, and motivate a team of associates to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment, with an emphasis on visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
