Shift Supervisor

Role Summary: The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations during their assigned shift, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to company policies, and efficient team performance within our beauty and personal care fulfillment center. They will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating staff, and troubleshooting any operational issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of warehouse associates during the shift.
• Ensure all operational tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch, are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain accuracy.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to the team.
• Address and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that arise during the shift.
• Communicate effectively with other supervisors and management regarding shift performance and any critical updates.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
