Role Summary: The Shift Supervisor will oversee and manage all operations within the semiconductor fabrication facility during their assigned shift. This includes ensuring the smooth running of equipment, adherence to safety protocols, quality control, and leading the shift team to meet production targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians and operators during the shift.
- Monitor production processes to ensure they meet quality standards and efficiency targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and cleanroom protocols.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs.
- Maintain accurate production logs, shift reports, and inventory records.
- Train new team members on operational procedures and safety guidelines.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Manage shift handovers effectively to ensure continuity of operations.
