Role Summary: The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations during their assigned shift, ensuring smooth functioning of educational activities and staff management. This role is crucial for maintaining the quality and efficiency of our programs at the local center level.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide a team of educators and volunteers during the shift.
Ensure adherence to Pratham's educational methodologies and program guidelines.
Manage daily attendance, resource allocation, and operational logistics.
Address and resolve any immediate issues or challenges that arise during the shift.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the program coordinators.
Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment for all participants.
Assist in reporting and data collection related to shift activities.
