Shift Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our Vijayawada office. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, managing resources effectively, and leading a team to achieve operational targets. This role is ideal for a recent BBA/BBM graduate with 1-5 years of experience looking to gain hands-on operational management experience in a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the operational team during assigned shifts.
- Monitor operational performance against set targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Manage resource allocation, including personnel and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support.
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and escalate complex problems to management.
- Maintain accurate records of shift activities, production, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operational integration.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
