Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor with a B.Sc degree and 0-2 years of experience to oversee daily operations within our automotive manufacturing plant in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining quality standards, and supervising a team to achieve production targets during their assigned shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Monitor and supervise production activities on the shop floor during the assigned shift.
• - Ensure adherence to production schedules and targets, identifying and addressing any deviations.
• - Assist in quality control checks and ensure products meet required standards.
