Shift Supervisor - Vishakhapatnam

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience and an LLB degree to oversee daily operations within our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, compliance with all regulatory standards, and efficient team management during their assigned shift. This role requires a strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to the pharmaceutical industry, alongside supervisory capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff during the assigned shift to ensure targets are met.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and identify any deviations.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in the investigation of any production-related issues, including quality complaints or deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Review and maintain shift production records, documentation, and reports accurately.
- Liaise with other departments, including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Maintenance, to resolve operational challenges.
- Train and mentor junior staff on operational procedures and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements pertaining to manufacturing operations.
