Shipping Deck - Other

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping Deck - Other. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of physical and digital assets related to our payment infrastructure and operational materials. You will be responsible for managing the logistics and documentation associated with the movement of goods, equipment, and critical information within and outside NPCI's operational framework.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the dispatch and receipt of physical items, including hardware, documents, and other essential materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for shipping and receiving logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking information, delivery confirmations, and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, customs procedures, and internal policies.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, such as bills of lading, waybills, and customs declarations.
- Manage the inventory of shipping supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Liaise with courier services and freight forwarders to negotiate rates and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in the planning and execution of logistics for special projects or events.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues related to shipments and inventory.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of shipping and logistics processes.
