Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Shipping Deck - Other to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of outgoing medical device shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with logistics partners to meet delivery schedules. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and ensuring timely delivery of vital medical products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the loading and unloading of shipments on the shipping deck.
- Verify the accuracy of outgoing orders against shipping documents and product manifests.
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation for all outgoing shipments, adhering to regulatory requirements for medical devices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment on the shipping deck.
- Track and report on shipment status, including any delays or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, production, and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any stock discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
- Assist in resolving shipping-related issues and customer inquiries.
