We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree to join our team as Shipping Deck - Other. This role will be instrumental in managing and overseeing various aspects of shipping and logistics within our dynamic TV and Radio broadcasting operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods and materials critical to our broadcast infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of shipping and receiving materials, equipment, and supplies for broadcast operations.
- Ensure accurate documentation for all shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Track shipments, monitor delivery status, and resolve any shipping-related issues or delays promptly.
- Maintain inventory records of shipped and received items, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Production, Engineering) and external vendors to facilitate shipping processes.
- Comply with all relevant shipping regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping budgets and cost analysis.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in shipping and logistics operations.
