Shipping Deck - Other

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Shipping Deck - Other to join our dynamic logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient and secure dispatch of goods, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation within our Gems & Jewellery operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the daily shipping schedule for all outgoing consignments.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Ensure all shipments are properly packed, labeled, and secured according to company and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with logistics partners, couriers, and freight forwarders to arrange transportation and track shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of dispatched goods.
- Handle any shipping-related discrepancies or issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the management of shipping supplies and equipment.
- Generate shipping reports and provide updates to management.
