Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Shipping Deck - Other professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our trade finance operations and related documentation. This role requires a meticulous approach to detail and a strong understanding of financial instruments and shipping logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the processing of shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Letters of Credit, and other trade finance instruments.
Liaise with clients, banks, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments.
Conduct due diligence on shipping transactions and associated documentation.
Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with shipping and trade finance activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
