Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Engineering & Technical professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. This role is crucial for optimizing our logistics and supply chain operations within the fast-paced beauty and personal care industry. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of shipping processes, inventory management, and technical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the shipping and logistics process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Analyze shipping data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, warehousing, customer service) and external partners (e.g., carriers, freight forwarders) to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and implement technical solutions or process improvements related to shipping software, tracking systems, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
• Manage inventory levels related to shipping supplies and ensure adequate stock for operational needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any shipping-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare regular reports on shipping performance, costs, and key metrics for management review.
