Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical professional with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and 3-4 years of experience to join our Shipping & Maritime operations team in Ahmedabad. This role will involve managing and optimizing various aspects of our international and domestic shipping and logistics, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and contributing to the efficient supply chain management of our pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of international and domestic shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any potential delays or issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, import/export laws, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping records, invoices, and reports.
- Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for optimizing shipping expenses.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, sales, warehousing) to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
- Assist in the negotiation of freight rates and service contracts with vendors.
- Handle discrepancies and resolve shipping-related queries from stakeholders.
