Singer / Vocalist (M.Pharma) - 3-5 Yrs - BPO / Call Centre Sector

Role Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Singer / Vocalist with a strong academic background, specifically an M.Pharma degree, to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and the ability to blend creative expression with professional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform vocal duties for internal and external communication channels, including IVR messages, training modules, and promotional content.

Utilize M.Pharma knowledge to contribute to content creation for pharmaceutical client accounts, ensuring accuracy and clarity in vocal delivery.

Collaborate with the marketing and training departments to develop engaging audio content.

Maintain a high standard of vocal performance and professionalism.

Adapt vocal style and tone to suit different project requirements and target audiences.

Participate in voice-over projects for internal communications, client presentations, and brand awareness campaigns.

Ensure all vocal recordings adhere to project specifications and quality standards.
