Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Site Merchandiser with 0-2 years of experience, holding a BBA/BBM degree, to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The Site Merchandiser will be responsible for optimizing product presentation and user experience on our digital platforms, driving sales and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and categorization.
- Implement merchandising strategies to highlight key products, promotions, and new arrivals.
- Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize product placement and search results to enhance customer discoverability.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align merchandising efforts with campaign objectives.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
- Assist in A/B testing of page layouts, product recommendations, and promotional banners.
