Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies for our digital platforms, focusing on user journey optimization and conversion rate improvement.
- Curate and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy, compelling descriptions, and appropriate categorization.
- Analyze website performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates) to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution across the site.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify best practices and emerging trends in online merchandising.
- Utilize your LLB background to review and ensure all website content, terms of service, and product descriptions are legally compliant and clearly articulated.
- Work closely with the IT and design teams to implement website updates and new features.
- Manage promotional activities and ensure they are accurately reflected on the website.
- Provide regular reports on site performance and merchandising effectiveness to stakeholders.
