Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. As an SRE, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our mission-critical systems and services. This role is ideal for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate with 5 years of experience in a similar role, who is passionate about automation, infrastructure, and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with development and operations teams to build and maintain robust, highly available systems that support our global client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Develop and implement automation tools and scripts for deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
• Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and system vulnerabilities.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level objectives (SLOs).
• Participate in on-call rotations to respond to and resolve production incidents.
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve system design and operational readiness.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement preventative measures.
