As a Site Reliability Engineer at Pioneer Legal, you will be instrumental in ensuring the high availability, performance, and scalability of our critical legal technology infrastructure. You will bridge the gap between software development and IT operations, applying software engineering principles to infrastructure and operations problems. Your primary focus will be on automating processes, building resilient systems, and proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues to maintain the smooth functioning of our platforms that support our legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure, including cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises systems.
• Develop and implement automation tools and scripts for deployment, monitoring, and incident management.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce latency.
• Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to proactively detect and respond to issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely response to production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the reliability and operability of new features and services.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Contribute to security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
