Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic technology team. The SRE will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our critical financial systems and infrastructure. This role involves a blend of software engineering and systems administration, focusing on automation, monitoring, and incident response to maintain high availability and optimize system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Develop and implement automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and incident management.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization.
- Respond to and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the reliability and operability of new features and services.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.
- Participate in on-call rotation for incident management.
