Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our growing team in Lucknow. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of our critical aviation infrastructure and systems. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust, automated systems that support our operational needs, with a strong focus on reliability and efficiency. You will work closely with development and operations teams to foster a culture of reliability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure and systems, with a focus on automation.
Develop and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure proactive identification and resolution of issues.
Automate operational tasks, deployment processes, and incident response procedures.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide rapid response to production incidents.
Collaborate with software engineers to ensure the reliability and performance of new features and services.
Conduct post-incident reviews and implement preventative measures.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues.
Contribute to capacity planning and performance tuning of systems.
