Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Site Reliability Engineer with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our team in Lucknow. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the high availability, performance, and reliability of our critical urban transport systems and IT infrastructure. You will work closely with development and operations teams to automate processes, build robust systems, and implement best practices in reliability engineering. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vital public service and shape the future of urban mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable systems for our urban transport operations.
Develop and automate operational tasks, including deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
Proactively identify and address potential performance bottlenecks and reliability issues.
Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system health.
Participate in on-call rotations to respond to critical incidents and drive timely resolution.
Collaborate with software engineers to ensure the reliability and operability of new features and services.
Perform root cause analysis of production incidents and implement preventative measures.
Contribute to capacity planning and performance tuning of systems.
