Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Site Reliability Engineer with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our critical systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with development and operations teams to automate, monitor, and troubleshoot complex systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a strong foundation in computer science and a passion for building resilient systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor system performance, availability, and latency using various tools and dashboards.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Develop and maintain robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve system design for reliability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues across distributed systems.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
- Contribute to capacity planning and performance tuning efforts.
- Document system architecture, runbooks, and operational procedures.
